Revenue streams and sustainability are being optimised without interrupting Queen Charlotte Yacht Club activities at the new sailing hub. The smart design reflects GLG advice to have 3 parts of the building being able to operate concurrently without interfering with the other spaces. Club sailors do not need to enter the rest of the building because boat and gear store has own showers and toilets and direct access to the launch ramp and pontoon. The main lounge and the meeting/ seminar rooms have access to the kitchen and toilets via the main foyer.
